Money Monday and Muladhara (Root Chakra)

The Muladhara or root chakra is connected to our function of survival. It is also connected to stability. When our root chakra is out of balance it can manifest in clutter. Our homes become filled with stuff. In order to attract more into our lives, we need to clear the clutter. Not only from our thoughts but from our actual physical space.
Today, find an hour and clear out what is not essential to your now. Donate the items to a charity of your choice, homeless shelter or even check out the website www.freecycle.org. It’s a great reminder to all the abundance you currently have and a way to free yourself from stuff that clogs our energy.
By clearing out the clutter, you can allow fresh new energy to come in.
